I am observing how my breath, slowing down and being in the moment allows me to create more authentically.  It is my intention to use my breath to pause and focus.

Taking just a few moments each day to practice some deep breathing exercises can decrease stress, relax your mind, body and can help you sleep better.

These are only a few of the benefits of breathwork. Having a daily breathing practice could drastically improve your health and well-being. Other benefits are pain control, lower blood pressure, improved immunity and blood flow, calm anxiety, increased energy, reduce inflammation, improve digestion, and more.

I am playing with my breath as I express my creativity.

Today I am grateful for my ability to
